DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for the various typical tasks of the Administrative area, such as: payments controls (taxi, meals, fuel, parking, etc.), control of the area's activities agenda, typing services, documents filing, control and request of office supplies and preparation of reports, spreadsheets and graphs for presentations.
In-charge of managing messengers, cleaners and company driver.
Specific tasks include but not limited to the following:
Office management (Admin-related) such as:
Taking care of office keys
Ensuring security
Cleanliness and maintaining orderliness of office
Petty Cash
Requests replenishment of petty cash
Monitors disbursements of Petty Cash
Release petty cash allowance
Assists Finance Manager in countering of cheques and monitoring of payments in stores
Alignment of sales in kiosks
Preparation of cheques/ request for cheques
Monitoring of office supplies
Maintains inventory records of supplies
Recording of Minutes of the Meeting as needed
Coordinates with suppliers
Box, Sticker, Signage, Printer
Supplier of raw materials
Oversees the replenishment of low stocks inventory to be bought
Processing of Legal Documents and Permits / Renewal or New Application
Import License
Export License

Assists Managing Direction in her day to day operations
Assists other departments’ needs
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of any business-related course Process-oriented, strong personality and hard working. Preferably managed a team in compliance to company rules and regulations. Willing to work in Makati City
