Employee relations o Handle Employee relations such as disputes and grievances of Employees, and resolve work-related issues; o Ensure all HR key and operational risks are addressed and/or mitigated through effective control procedures; Office Administration o Oversee the management of the office leases and keep up-to-date with the lease expiry; o Oversee and maintain the purchasing and registration of office assets and office supplies; o Vehicle and driver management; Undertake any ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by the Head of Administration.
