DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare IT hardware & software for users Provide IT hardware & software troubleshooting services Perform maintenance of IT hardware & software Fulfill IT related user requests Work together with IT infrastructure team (supporting server, network, telco) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports
REQUIREMENT

Maximum age 30 years old Bachelor degree in Information Technology, System Information, Computer Sciences or related field preferred. GPA min 3.0 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role Good command of English both oral and written Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills High initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels Driving license: SIM A dan C
