DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Typing, printing, recording and dispatch of inspection reports/certificates
Generate invoices for services rendered
Follow up closely on payments from customers
Data entry of inspector’s overtime records and submit to HR
Handling of phone calls and directing enquiries to the respective personnel
Handles all purchasing needs (items or services) as required by the division
Review supplier/subcontractor/affiliate invoices for approval
Take safeguard measures to ensure control on all security forms and seals
Ensure the filling system for reports and invoices are in order. Effectively manage the archives by ensuring its maintenances of disposal of documents in stipulated time frame
Monitor inventory level of printed forms, stationary, calibrated equipment
Coordinate with client for inspection scheduling
Prepare Revenue Report (UBR/WIP) and cost accrual for submission to Finance monthly
Assist in the maintenance of the Quality Management System
Applies judgement and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity
REQUIREMENT
GCE ‘O” Level or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Possess good inter-personal and communication skills
