DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide the site FM team with administrative assistance and support including the preparation of written correspondence and recording of meeting minutes. Maintain files and records (hard and electronic) for the site FM office Ensure the site FM office is maintained in a clean, tidy and orderly condition Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the FM office, including answering incoming telephone calls, and receiving deliveries. Provide assistance to staff in how to use computer programs and computers in general Schedule and coordinate FM office activities, meetings and appointments. Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the FM office.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration Good computer skills with proficiency in using MS Office application, particularly Word Very good read ,write and oral communication skills Mandarin, English Excellent customer service skills Experienced in taking meeting minutes and answering telephones Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety requirements for an office environment Very good standard of personal dress and grooming Motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to continually learn and develop Comfortable dealing with staff at all levels from executive management to unskilled site staff Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent. Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
