DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Catalog and record all parts for new and existing equipment ensuring accuracy and availability
Receive and properly store all Maintenance parts and supplies
Conducts cycle counts and put away supplies accordingly
Work closely with the planning function in several departments to ensure materials and lead times are taken into account to execute plans
Assist employees in locating and checking out of parts and supplies
Order parts and supplies as directed by the Maintenance Manager
Input Purchasing Request into a system
Build critical spare parts inventory
Communicate effectively through verbal and written instructions with vendors and employees
Maintain the Maintenance Stock areas in a neat and clean
Process paperwork
Coordinate returns of goods miss-shipped or otherwise not required
Report parts and supplies stock regularly
REQUIREMENT
At least possess Diploma majoring statistics or equivalent
1-year experience in the same field is preferred
Understand cycle counts and basic warehouse management knowledge
Must be computer literate and detailed oriented
English (at least passive)
