DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide administrative support to the division in relation to consolidation of business data/ information, preparation of presentation materials, compilation of excel spreadsheets, etc. Coordinate with internal parties to provide administrative support on compliance, human resources, training, finance related matters for the division Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth arrangement of business meetings and events Manage and monitor calendars, meeting schedules and business travels’ arrangement for the Division Head Handle general office administration and participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Tertiary level in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline Minimum 5 year experience in administration/ operations role in banking industry Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, well organized and able to multi-task and work under tight time pressure Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Putonghua Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
