DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To provide all rounded office administrative support such as office supplies, sourcing, office renovation, maintenance & repair, environmental & facilities management, catering services, courier services, travelling arrangement and office security
Handle incoming mails, emails and telephone calls, greeting guests, filing documents
Responsible for travel arrangement, including flight and hotel booking, visa applications, etc
Assist in organizing staff activities
Liaise with different parties, e.g. vendors or suppliers
Handle payment settlement, expenses claim, cost analysis and reports for Admin Department
Assist in ad-hoc duties and task as assigned

REQUIREMENT
Degree Holder is a must, Outstanding qualification is an advantage
At least 2-5 yrs office administration experience in sizable companies
Solid multinational sizable experience in a travel booking and general office administration
Good command of spoken & written in English & Mandarin
Proficient in Ms Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
Hands on experience in Photoshop will be preferred
Able to work independently, good team player, well organized, detail-minded with cheerful personality
