DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment, payroll, administration, training and development, employee relations, industrial relation, compensation & benefits. Assist Senior Manager in leading and managing the Human Resource and Admin department. To maintain & on-going review employee’s guidelines, workplace safety , human resource policies & procedures. To maintain employment records for both local & foreigner staff. To handle employees’ disciplinary issues, counselling and domestic inquiries. To assist in general administration.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies or equivalent. Diploma holder with good exposure in HR field / AHRM/ HRM role are welcome to apply as well. Preferably minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience in HR field. Must be willing to work at Semenyih Office 5.5 working days job. Salary commensurate with working experience (RM6500 – RM8000) 1 Full time position is available
