DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and evaluate sales target achievement, set up sales target for the following year based on sales forced opportunity and marketing strategy. Monitor and evaluate sales target achievement, and collection resources to conduct sales activity and recommend the next sales target based on capability Identify customer need and opportunity for value added to customer, negotiate sales term. Evaluate sales activities, set up sales activity plan covering coverage area distribution for each sales representatives, build sales team, handle customer complaint, determine prospects. Analyze and coordinate sales support material preparation to make market and selling product. Handle customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward the problem to related party, present at customer premises during the problem shooting & product delivery.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required skill(s): project management, selling & negotiation skills, risk management, market analysis, Computer Literacy. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
