DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Execute the complete payroll process for about 40 employees, including annual tax submissions and tax clearances for departing staff.
Take charge of and submit required government-related documents and transactions, including work pass processes, labor surveys, foreign worker levy exemptions, and various licenses.
Compile and prepare HR-related paperwork.
Serve as point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Oversee the entire hiring process from advertising job openings to welcoming new employees.
Handle the administration of insurance policies and process claims.
Communicate with and manage vendors and tenants regarding office and building upkeep.
Offer administrative support focused on staff welfare and workplace safety.
Organize and coordinate travel plans for staff.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5.45 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
