DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Utilize advanced financial modeling skills to create comprehensive financial projections. Leverage a minimum of 8 years of experience, including a combination of roles in financial institutions (banks/non-banks), big 4 firms, KJPP, financial advisory firms, or as a financial and portfolio analyst in a large corporation. Prioritize candidates with experience in handling transactions in the capital market and compiling macroeconomic outlooks. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Exhibit a can-do approach, initiative, fast-learning ability, and responsiveness. Possess strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence. Advance expertise in valuation, utilizing advanced valuation methodologies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred. Proven track record of successfully leading financial teams and driving strategic financial initiatives. Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving organizational goals. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and implement innovative solutions. Strong commitment to ethical conduct and integrity in all financial activities.
