DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage the organization's office technology infrastructure, including users devices (MAC and Window laptop and desktop), wifi networks and software applications. • Ensure that technology systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards. • Experience with technology infrastructure and software applications implementation and migration. • Manage cyber security risks and develop risk management program. • Manage technology related project with the organization. • Manage technology budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technology, and make recommendations for new systems or upgrades.
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Effective written and spoken English. • At least 5 years of experience in IT support and project management role. • Strong technical knowledge of networks, servers, software applications, and cybersecurity. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with practical and pragmatic approach. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills. • Expertise in current and emerging technologies. • Expertise in risk management and IT governance. • Ability to develop and manage IT budgets (OPEX / CAPEX) and negotiating with vendors and suppliers. • Microsoft 365 certifications.
