DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct risk assessments of third-party vendors to evaluate their security controls, data protection practices, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain a third-party risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and standards for assessing and managing third-party risks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and information security teams, to ensure that third-party contracts and agreements include appropriate security and compliance requirements. Monitor and track third-party vendor performance and compliance, including conducting regular security assessments. Identify and prioritize high-risk third-party vendors and develop risk mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities and weaknesses. Provide guidance and support to business units and departments on managing third-party risks throughout the vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to termination.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree, major : Information Technology, Information System or related filed Having min. 4+ years overall professional experience, preferably in Insurance, banking, or consulting with 2+ years of experience in third-party risk management, risk management, operational/supplier/or contract management or relevant corporate experience. Experience conducting security risk assessments for third party. Experience using TPRM systems is preferred. Ability to interpret regulations and communicate requirements to business unit personnel. Experience designing risk goals and KPIs to ensure constant performance improvements. Experience working hands-on with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, information security, business continuity, and Operations to improve risk management processes and systems. Knowledge of controls frameworks and industry standard frameworks (COBIT, NIST ISO, etc) Industry relevant certification (CISA, CRISC, Etc.) is a plus.
