DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Junior IT Programmers will work under the guidance of senior developers to contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications critical to the telecommunication and internet service provider company's operations. They will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementing solutions to meet organizational needs. Junior IT Programmers will also assist in the documentation of software components and processes to ensure clarity and maintainability. Continuous learning and skill development are encouraged to keep up with evolving technologies and industry standards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others. Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Proficiency in database management systems and SQL. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Prior experience with telecommunication or internet service provider industry is a plus
