DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical assistance to clients on products & services offered by Exabytes. Provide guidance to clients on the products & services offered by Exabytes. Checking and correcting errors related to hosting and related services (Windows & Linux). Monitor server performance. Ensure the server is running at optimum performance. Reply to customers via Helpdesk.
REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must possess bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer, or equivalent. • At least 1 years experiences of working in a related field is required for this position • Understanding of Linux system operation • Understand the concept of server administration with Linux • Have good understanding in Hosting and Domain will be an advantage. • Fluent in English (both verbal and written) • Have good communication and be able to work under pressure • Able to work with teams as well as individually • Can analyze server problems • Willing to work shifting schedule and capable to work during night shifts as needed.
