DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Brand Manager is an essential and pivotal member of the marketing team. You will assist the Head of Marketing in the development and execution of the brand / category strategy, delivering marketing plans across one of the key strategic categories in the business. This is an exciting full mix role with the opportunity to lead innovation, support in comm development, build commercial plans and drive growth initiatives. It’s a rare opportunity to work in a growing business with the ability to make an impact across the full marketing mix. You will have regular exposure to senior management and cross functional teams and have the autonomy to create business initiatives that help drive the growth of the brands and business. You will be expected to be the ‘voice’ and custodian of the brand positioning – and ensure that all key partners (internally and externally) also protect and build this positioning.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in marketing /communications/equivalent Minimum 2 years of working experience in Brand Management with in depth understanding of the marketing mix and product lifecycle management within the FMCG sector. Strong marketing skills to create effective marketing strategies & campaigns (brand plan, brand strategy) Able to think creatively & innovatively A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details. Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks Good presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels High level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Highly numerate with the ability to interpret information and data (P&L’s, business cases, budgets, and consumer market data). A good team player and communicator. Have a good communication skill written and spoken English
