You will be responsible in monitoring and maintaining employees' attendance together w/ HR Admin.
You will be responsible in Payroll Arrangement including:
Preparing calculation of Benefit In Kind and make a good record of it
Process & Checking Payroll Calculation
Prepare payment of payroll calculation
Making a good filling of Payroll both hard copy & soft copy
You will be responsible for reporting PPh21 Bukti Potong & create E-billing by using DJP Online for Perekam & DJP Access
You will be responsible in maintaining employment agreement of Expatriates in regards with Payroll paid Overseas by Hanwa H
QResponsible for issuing 1721 A1 for both Local & Expatriates annually
>Including sharing every 2 months to employee for the A1 (following to the updated tax regulation)
Responsible for the arrangement of Annual Personal Income Tax for Expatriates
Responsible for reporting and preparing payment for BPJS TK
Managing and maintaining a good filling.
Responsible for preparing payment for PPh Badan 25 for Expatriates
Issuing Billing for PPh25
Preparing Payment Recap
Maintain a good filling both Hard copy & soft copy
Responsible in updating Company Rules (every 2 years)
Responsible in updating WLK & WLKP
Responsible in updating Job Structure in HR & Payroll System referring to the information from HR Mgr / HR SPV
Responsible in updating employee data monthly & store it in soft copy
REQUIREMENT
Have working experience as Specialist handling Attendance, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit (including handling PPh21, PPh Badan, Personal Income Tax)
Have working experience as Payroll , Compensation & Benefit : minimum 1 year
Detail type of person
Experience in Japanese company would be best
We want you to have experience in handling Attendance, especially Workplaze (Sunfish) system: Preferable
Understand company regulation and basic labor regulation
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
