DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Install & configure computer systems, networks, and applications.
Monitor & maintain the computer systems, printers, network, and various hardware needed for operations and applications.
Diagnose hardware and software problems, and provide analysis and solutions.
Coordinate with third parties or other IT resources whenever necessary to resolve issues.
Documentation related to system configuration, user guide, and processes.
Maintain and keep track of all IT assets, software licenses, subscription contracts, and warranties (stock opname IT).
Provide technical support to end users across different locations.
Be the emergency escalation point for infrastructure outage, including after office hours.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree.
Proven experience as Maintenance Staff or other similar positions.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Strong time management skills.
