DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for HR functions including leave management, work pass matters, upkeep of employee records, training courses, corporate introductions, staff training, company events, staff communication and staff welfare.
Handle all administrative matters related but not limited to MOM, CPF and IRAS such as work pass applications and renewals, childcare leave, or parental leave claims.
Review, update, ensure compliance, and communicate across the company our HR policies.
In charge of company's training registration.
Review, propose and align our HR policies to local laws.
In charge of IRAS Reporting - AIS, IR21, IR8a, Appendix 8a.
Liaise with the Insurance company about staff movement and maintaining office & staff insurance, workman compensations & other government-compliant regulations.
Employee travels, accommodation booking and claims.
Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or HR Management
Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experiences
Proficient in MS Office
