DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that meet customer needs. Conduct daily visit to customers to convey product information by presentation Maintain the existing customers and build sales with new prospective ones. Create strategic sales to meet the target given, then follow up and negotiate on problems that occur with customers. Create work plan, customers list, and weekly report. Work closely with project dealer to achieve sales budget. Achieving monthly sales budget.
REQUIREMENT

Age around 30-40 years old Minimum Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering or Architecture or Design Interior or any background with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.00). Minimum 5 years experience in SALES PROJECT from BUILDING MATERIAL. Familiar handle Project Residence and BUMN. Fluent in English and Computer program. Should be target oriented person, fast learner, dynamic, mobile, communicative, good interpersonal approach to others, independent, easy going, teamwork oriented, tough, and adaptive. Able to drive a car and have car driving license. Willing to be placed in SEMARANG (the hometown is in SEMARANG).
