DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee and ensure safety, security and comfort of all guests, hotel personnel and property in and around the hotel. Lead periodical reviews, conduct security risk assessments and safety audits to determine risk exposure. Develop and implement safety management plan for the needs of the hotel and ensure compliance to statutory and company requirements. Handle investigation and reports all claims regarding thefts, accidents, injury, property damage, vandalism and trespassing from guests, visitors or hotel personnel with the assistance of local authorities if necessary. Coordinate with both the Engineering Team and People & Culture Team to plan and implement effective in-house training course on Security and Fire Prevention.
REQUIREMENT

Experience: 10 years experience in similar capacity (hotel experience preferred) with a minimum of 3 years at supervisory level. Education: Holder of valid Security Personal Permit and Certified First-Aider. AED Certificate holder is an advantage. Skills: Knowledge of first aid, fire-fighting and safety management. Independent, problem solving oriented and attentive with sense of urgency. A good team player with strong leadership and communication skills. Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English. Fully computer literate. Personality: Creative, Presentable, cheerful & professional manner, outgoing in nature, team player.
