DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist the Manager to develop effective marketing strategies and plans to achieve company’s goals and brand propositions;
Deliver wide ranges of online and offline marketing activities and promotional campaigns to arouse company’s brand awareness, and promote new service launch;
Explore partnership opportunities via joint promotional projects, marketing events, or sponsorship;
Work with in-house design team and external agency partners on ATL, BTL, digital marketing assets, ensure projects are executed on time and within budget;
Manage and implement email marketing strategy, from day-to-day to campaign emails, segmentation, and automation;
Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluation campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities;
Manage and execute our marketing & promotional calendar;
Closely work with the CRM team to coordinate loyalty programs to drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement and revenue growth;
Monitor and report on regular and key program metrics, use insights to make data driven decision to support the marketing plan;
Perform any duties assigned from time to time, including support in marketing communication programs, events, exhibitions, etc.
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Social Media, Advertising, or related discipline;
At least 4 years relevant working experience, both B2C and B2B marketing experiences, or in logistic or ecommerce industry;
Proven experience or knowledge in copywriting, event management, marketing collateral production and digital media;
Strong analytical mindset and good numerical sense;
Well organized and able to manage multi-tasks well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently;
Good interpersonal and communications with strong teamwork spirit;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Proficient in Google Analytics, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer;
Immediate candidate is preferable.
