DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build strong customer relationships in driving penetration of HVAC solutions. Focus on selling various HVAC units all over Indonesia, including but not limited to chiller, air handling unit, fan coil unit, split duct, rooftop, water cooled package, VRF, etc. Provide solutions and designs as per the customer's requirements. Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration. Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing. Prepare proposals based on the project's technical specifications and requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers Ensure order to proceed on time as per contract, 100 % invoiced & receivables. Interact with after-market team to provide good after sales service to customers. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support Responsible to achieve individual order, revenue, and gross margin target Mandatory to follow all training’s provided by company.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Good understanding of the HVAC industry as well as experience working on a similar role and used to liaising directly with the clients, consultants, and contractors. At least 5 years of HVAC sales experiences. Having good sales, negotiation, and customer relation skills Strong work commitment and can work under pressure Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations. Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manual Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from top management, customers, and service personnel
