DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
~ Prepares and implements production schedules to ensure that the required quantity is completed within the scheduled time.
~ Ensures that the raw materials are available to suit production planning.
~ Ensures that all production outputs are produced in accordance with quality control specifications.
~ Manpower planning & management
~ Oversees the smooth running of his/her department’s production lines.
Advises and helps team members in line with efficiency improvement and wastage reduction programs.
Helps in the planning and designing of accessories to upgrade existing production machines.
Ensures that production machines are maintained according to the maintenance schedule.
~ Ensures that his department meets the safety requirements and maintains good housekeeping.
REQUIREMENT
• Diploma or Technical Trade Certificate
• 5 years of working experience in production supervision and control
• Good technical knowledge
• Ability to build strong teams with positive relations
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
