Market research, seek new customer opportunities, and maintain customer relationships.
Cooperate with other divisions such as product division to meet customer/market needs
Develop and present the company's business development plan
Update knowledge about market developments and competitors
Regularly research the company's business development Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business..
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Contact potential clients to establish relationships and arrange meetings
Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Find and develop new markets and increase sales
Attend industry conferences, meetings and events
Develop offers and proposals for clients
Develop goals for the business development and growth team and ensure they are met
Looking for new customer opportunities and maintaining relationships between customers or clients
Prepare and present the company's business development plan
Conduct research on the company's business development on a regular basis
Understand the company's products, competitors, and business position in the market
Work closely with the sales department to get promising new prospective clients or customers
Build long term relationships with new and existing customer
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (Pharmacy is preferred).
Experience in business development or related field min. 5 years (Pharmaceutical Company is preferred)
Maximum age 35 years old.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Proficient with SWOT Analysis.
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Fluent in other language is a plus
