DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Clean various foods for cooking or serving.
Receive and store supplies.
Place food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards.
Transfer supplies between storage and work areas
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans.
Clean garbage bins with water or steam.
Clean equipment and utensils and place in condition.
Empty waste bins or similar receptacles.
Transport waste material to designated collection points.
Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
Clean floor areas and “spot” cleaning carpets.
Burnish, scrub, polish and spray clean floors
Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels).
Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths and showers.
