DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for performing high quality installations, testing, maintaining, evaluating and troubleshooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning and repair as necessary on assigned customer order.
Technician shall maintain and adhere to technical orders and good commercial practices for all Fire Fighting system incl. Fire Alarm, and electronic controls maintenance actions throughout the base.
Adheres to and enforces all safety rules and regulations to ensure that all personal safety and the safety of others is maintained as priority number one.
Plans and organizes acceptance of installation project / service work by customer, ensuring system functionality and customer satisfaction.
Delivers technical support, coaching and direction to end users and field labor when applicable.
Work with Technical Support and Engineering teams to resolve issues for any troubleshooting, technical procedures or process.
Provide accurate notes and documentation on completed projects.
Managing working tools / equipment, included maintenance and tools inspections.
Participates in job site final walk and / or completion for systems to service turnover on assigned jobs Conducts training and development classes for customers on site or at the branch.
Ensuring work progress report and documentation completion.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. (Senior High School for Technical degree / STM are allowed depending on Experience – min 3 years).
Knowledge of document and technical report writing.
Technical understanding Fire System / Fire Alarm / Electronic Security.
Knowledge of basic safe work practices and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Ability to use a computer and related fire system software would be advantage.
Fluency and/or understanding English is an advantage.
A registered, licensed, or certified by a state or local authority is an advantage.
Minimum three (1-2) years of experience in the area Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression and Hydrant System, and Electronic Security. For STM level minimum 3 years work experience in related field.
