DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide executive and administrative support to Managing Director, ASEAN. Plan and coordinate Managing Director daily schedules and activities including scheduling meeting, appointment and travel management. Provide full support to handle the Managing Directors Office day-to-day administrative and operations matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow up of instructions of Managing Director when necessary. Keep the Managing Director well informed of upcoming commitments and follow up appropriately. Organize and prepare presentation materials, proposals, reports, and other correspondences including drafting documents, emails and letters Responsible to undertake ad-hoc assignments/projects/ functions related duties as and when required. Assist in any ad-hoc project when required
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years work experience in administrative and personal assistant roles at the executive level. Able to liaise and communicate professionally with all levels of management and visitors. Good command of written and spoken in English Excellent time arrangement and organization skills Capable to handle enquiries and correspondence independently with minimum supervision. Strong adaptability to any related and non-related work assigned. Possess good interpersonal skills and detailed oriented. Available on 1 July 2019.
