(Before COD/Commercial Operation Date)
Prepare the procedures and working instruction document for the safety and reliable Coal-fired Power Plant operation & maintenance together with relevant staff
Cooperation and working together with the Contractor in term of commissioning works of conveyor system
(After COD/Commercial Operation Date)
Direct operation of conveyor system and reporting abnormal condition to FHCR operator and FA controller before taking corrective action
Assist FHCR Operator and Fuel and Ash Controller to prepare a required document and procedure about operational conveyor system
Operate the equipment from local control panel with guidance from FHCR Operator from Central Control Room in terms of design requirements, parameter standards, good and safe practices based on the O & M manual
Provide details information regarding conveyor system and auxiliary system (based on FHCR operator request)
Provide accountable check sheet based on actual situation at the local including awareness to major equipment defect.
Ensure that delivery coal to silo and coal unloading production targets for the shift are achieved safely, economically, and within the environmental limits of the Plant.
Conduct the conveyor and auxiliary system testing regularly to ensure system reliability.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Senior Technical High School (STM), with a relevant experience
Having a minimum 5 years’ experience in a coal fired power plant industry (coal handling areas) or coal mining industry
Having knowledge and skill to operate Conveyor
Good knowledge of firefighting and rescue
Good interpersonal and communication Skill
Hard Worker, and be able to work in team
Indonesia & English language abilities (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
Hard Worker, Confident and can work in team
Having Heavy Conveyor License is added value
Having Electricity Operation Competency Standard (IATKI/HAKIT) is added value
Having knowledge basic electrical system, instrumentation / protection system and rotating equipment
Excellent computer knowledge and understanding
Willing to be stationed in Batang, Central Java
