DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Carry out maintenance work based on schedule given by maintenance executive Conduct site survey and provide report to maintenance executive or project maintenance administrator related to issues found on site and materials needed Provide report to maintenance executive or project maintenance admnistrator related to maintenance work status or progress whether it is completed or pending because of other issues Assist maintenance executive to go shopping for materials when necessary Ensure that maintenance work meet the standard and ensure that every completed work gets signed by store PIC Enlist the light specification used in every stores and report to maintenance executive
REQUIREMENT

Must possesed Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering At least 3 years experience as carpenter/civil worker in contractor for retail projects Specialized in Civil and Carpentry work, have a good knowledge about materials, structural, and technical specification Preferably skill in using AutoCAD Good skills in using Microsoft Office Responsible and hard worker Able to work individually or in a team Multitasking person Willing to work overtime, persistent and detail oriented
