3. Job Overview
Selling products indirectly and supervise routinely the areas decided by the company
Responsible for the company sales target
Creating sales report to Supervisor or Sales Manager
Doing training and re-training to outlet representative in particular areas
Willing to monitor/supervise and train some outlet representatives
Achieving target
Activate new outlets and partners
Provide support to frontliner by giving coaching as required.
Manage and control store performance in selected area
Monitoring, collection and checking application forms from outlets
Create daily report to Sr. DSH
Create outlets weekly reports
Willing to work on Saturday or Sunday if necessary
4. Meeting/Rapat
Coordinating via WhatsApp every day
Regular meeting based on the schedule
5. Reports/Laporan
Daily visit plan and schedule to outlet
Implement POSM and register card code
Manage incentive payment to outlets
6. Target/Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Selling based on unit and channel
Outlet visit
Monthly target will be informed later
7. Communication Protocol
Communication via WhatsApp
Communication using handphone for updating repots
Must inform Supervisor and HR if not able to work (absence)
Absence will be inform trough time sheet and submitted by email based on scheduled time line.
REQUIREMENT
1. Required Skills Must understand English both written and spoken Minimum 2 years experience in marketing field Must be able to travel Proven ability to coordinate with outlet representative and staff Excellent written and verbal communication skill Have high confidence Have training skill and launching products 2. Required Qualifications Bachelor degree or Non-degree Diploma 25-35 years old A hard-working person and able to work individually or with a team Have experience as Sales Executive especially mobile retail Integrity and have a good attitude
