DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules. Responsible for monitoring, addressing and responding to customer feedback, complaints, reviews and other customer engagement channels on all social media and digital assets Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail, social media and display advertising campaigns. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights. Develop written content for marketing & promotional collaterals, advertisements, website, press releases, and articles for the monthly/weekly newsletter and newsfeed for social media platforms. To work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to brainstorm on ad campaigns and concepts for effective marketing. Monitor & conduct market survey and research in order to understand the latest market trend and to recommend new market and business opportunities. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
REQUIREMENT

Excellent copywriting skills. Familiar with social media marketing Basic skill on graphic design software is an advantages Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Art/Creative/Graphic design/Business Admin/ Marketing/Mass or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Excellent English At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
