Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
