DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create new Partner, and developing new partner also continuously evaluating the performance of current partner and new partner Setting annual target for each partner and continuously follow up on the KPIs Participating actively in trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other promotional sales activity Prepare sales reports (daily report , weekly report and project funnel) Working closely with the system integrator/dealers/Partners and training them in order to develop the project pipeline and to close the projects Monitoring market demand on that location Monitoring of stock distributor from requirement on the market Following SOP from our company
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field Require skill is knowing basic CCTV, access control and more point knowing IT system knowledge Fluent in written and spoken English and local language also additional value for mandarin language At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is require for this position Applicant must be willing to work in central Jakarta Applicant must able to doing business trip all over Indonesia and overseas Full time and contract(s) position is available And must be hardworking and big effort for that Able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment Highly driven, self-motivated and customer oriented, highly resourceful, and entrepreneurial Good organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills ; able to build and maintain relationship with customer or partners Must Have own vehicle for doing activity
