DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team and the Managing Director. Conduct market research: plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements. Maintain webpage and social media accounts: Provide support in content update and monitor performance on webpage, social media and emerging digital platforms. Oversee and participate in the design of marketing materials such as animation, brochures, flyers and presentation materials. Client Relationship Management: Upkeep a comprehensive and useful database with our custom CRM system, establish good rapport with clients to ensure minimal clientele attrition. Handle incoming inquiries: Understand the client’s needs, communicate with other case managers, prepare a quote or a proposal addressing to the client’s needs. Provide simple art and design support. Assist in other ad-hoc sales & marketing projects.
REQUIREMENT

Form 7 or above With at least 3 years of working experience gained from a similar position Experience in managing website (content management & creation, SEO, etc.), mobile app and social platform High level proficiency in written English and Chinese is required for daily duties Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing Knowledge in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator required Experience in Media will have an advantage Creative, innovative, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, independent and self-motivated Mature with flexible mindset, good skills in communication, presentation, and research analysis Immediate availability is highly preferred
