DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve the sales and Customer Active (CA) target Oversee and evaluate the performance of the distributor's sales team and to maintain their inventory control Collaborate with the other functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives by giving feedback on pricing, trade marketing program and competitor/market update Create sales performance presentations and proposals Assist sales team in creating forecast of sales volume and revenue Control expenses and monitor budgets Analyze data to identify sales opportunities Maintain and develop good business relationship with key accounts
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Age maximum 42 years old Minimal bachelor degree (S1) Should be analytical, independent and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure. Highly result - oriented Profiecent in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written Willing to be placed at YOGYAKARTA
