DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Building a positive working environment, employee relations, managing employee grivences and employee disputes. Handling end to end recruitment and selection process. Managing payroll process and company's C&B. Provide information on company rules, news, event and employment regulations and the changes to employee. Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures. Develop and implement HR strategy & initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Handling general affairs and company's other legal documents.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree; from psychology, law or management. At least 8 years working experience in same position. Have strong leadership and interpersonal communication. Strong legal, labor law and industrial relation understanding. Strong analytical problem solving skills. Deep knowledge of General Affairs, Recruitment, Training, C&B and HR bussines process. Deep knowledge of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan. Good communication and negotiation skills.
