DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Liaise directly with property and real estate developers, corporate real estate managers, asset managers, the banking and securities sectors, and other high profile industry leaders for their property management requirements on a regular basis. Render intense follow-through activities on prospective and interested clients for property management services. Entertain prospective and existing clients on a regular basis to maintain good business relationship. Prepare and address communications, company profile, mail shots and other marketing tools to the aforementioned target markets, as appropriate. Conduct market research and studies deemed beneficial and conducive to Property Management Department. Create, develop and maintain a functional database intended for the management of property management services information, to include all facets of property/asset management ranging from the direct point of contact for each institution, to suppliers/vendors for asset/property management. Prepare and discuss marketing update reports on the business development of the services division on a weekly basis addressed to the Associate Director and copy furnished the Managing Director. Attend pre-bidding, bidding conferences and invitations from property owners and developers on the management and operations of their respective properties. Attend project launchings, brokers’, cocktails, events, presentations, symposiums and seminars directly related to Management services of the company and its development locally thereof. Assist in the preparation of the regular monthly and annual marketing plan for the Department with the Asset Services Group and the Managing Director, and its implementation thereof. Take cognizance of and refer leads of new business opportunities for the Company’s other departments to their respective department heads. Attend company trainings and seminars for self-improvement and knowledge enhancement.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. Required skill(s): communication, customer service and relationship management, Sales. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
