DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and manage Surabaya Branch Office thru Strategic Planning and smooth implementation to run daily office operation smoothly, perform best service and achieve branch target.
In charge for whole Branch Office activities such as not limited to: Operation Air & Ocean (Export/Import) shipments’ arrangement, Sales development and HRGA for Admin matters (human resources, permit etc).
Giving good direction and guidance for Surabaya team to perform duties in timely manner, correctly and follow Company regulation, Compliance, SOP and KPI.
Good collaboration with JKT/HO, CGK Branch Office and Overseas networking for smooth Export and Import shipments arrangement for global business, inclusive for warehousing/logistics business and inland trucking services.
Maintain Branch Office’s revenue in good profit by developing business.
Giving excellent advice to Management to expand business (diversification business and/or improve sales revenue service).
Immediate report to Superior and/or Management for any issues, update news/regulation and/or irregularity/claim/complaint which related Company’ business.
REQUIREMENT
Maximum 42 years old. Must have minimum 5 years experiences as Branch Manager in International Freight Forwarding company. Excellent sales track record and wide networking with reputable customers, especially for big industrial account. Excellent knowledge of Freight Forwarding to manage Operation Air & Ocean (Export & Import) procedures & regulations. Placement will be in Surabaya.
