    Perform general office functions such as document handling, administrative support, filing, and data management of the PEL Office while maintaining strict confidentiality about sensitive information. Promptly address all parent inquiries and facilitate the communication of messages between parents and students/teachers as required. Organize new family orientation with various departments. Ensure the precise scheduling of events in the calendar, including inputting them into Google Calendar. Manage a seven-day cycle, input it into PowerSchool, and distribute both the cycle and school calendar to all students. Prepare and maintain emergency folders for classrooms and other areas.
