DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Architectural Design: Lead the conceptualization and design of simulation training software, ensuring it meets the highest standards of realism, interactivity, and performance. Unity or Unreal Engine Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine to design and create realistic simulations, including environments, physics, and interactive elements. Simulation Modelling: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to accurately model and simulate real-world scenarios, systems, and processes. Multi-Platform Compatibility: Ensure that simulation solutions are compatible with various platforms, including PC, VR and AR, while maintaining optimal performance and graphical fidelity.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Architect or Software Developer, specifically in the design and development of simulation training software or serious games. Advanced proficiency in either Unity3D or Unreal Engine, with a strong understanding of scripting and shader programming. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, or similar. Experience with physics simulation, AI, and networking within the context of simulation development. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with VR/AR development and hardware is a plus. Knowledge of simulation standards and frameworks (e.g., HLA, DIS) is advantageous. English communication skills, both conversational and written.
